The all-new Giulia represents a return for Alfa Romeo to production of rear-wheel-drive sports sedans after a 20 year wait. The base Giulia and Giulia Ti come with a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with 276 bhp and enough performance to go from 0-60 mph in 5.5 seconds. The Giulia is built for performance, especially the Giulia Quadrifoglio. With a 50:50 even weight distribution and a 2.9 liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine producing 503 bhp at 6,500 rpm, the Giulia Quadrifoglio is quite simply the most capable sports sedan in the world. To prove it, the Quadrifoglio was lapped around the Nurburgring Nordschleife circuit in Germany and completed a lap time of just 7:39.00, a record for sedans. To put that in comparison, that is a whole 13 seconds faster than the BMW M4. The Giulia Quadrifoglio is also offered with an optional six-speed manual transmission for those wanting to take an active role in managing the Giulia's amazing performance.
