I have been going down to Miller Motorcars for about a year now, and they always have the greatest cars! The staff aren’t always the nicest, but a lot of them are so kind and helpful! I always love... coming up to Greenwich to take pictures of these cars, so I really love having Millers dealerships to hop around to! And even though it’s a almost 4 hour drive up, it’s ALWAYS worth it!This week I wanted to set up an appointment with Bugatti, to take some pictures, and so I called, and they sent me to the Bugatti division, and so I told Allison that I saw a Bugatti Chiron inside, and I wanted to see about making an appointment to take some pictures, and on the phone I was a bit nervous to see if I was going to get someone who was happy to help, or someone who wasn’t so kind, but Allison helped out a TON! She helped set up the appointment, and she was super patient and helpful! She didn’t mind me calling back a couple days later to finish setting up, and today she met up out front of Bugatti, and let me take some pictures, and was telling me and my Mom about some upcoming car shows that Miller will be attending, and was super kind!I also went to some other dealerships, one being Ferrari, and I asked about sitting in the Ferrari F40 for a picture, but he said no and apologized, and was super nice! So this was my first super car so naturally it was pretty intimidating and I was full of questions. I saw a McLaren spec on the website and I inquired about it. The service I got from inquiry to... execution was unbelievable. I remember last year I inquired about a car at the Ramsey Nj location and I was completely ignored. Well let me tell you that Anthony was an amazing salesman, he answered every question and got me the deal I wanted. I recently became the lucky lessee of a beautiful Maserati Grecale, and I leased it through Miller Motorcars. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Antonella, and while I usually don't post... reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience with her. One would expect that attentive, courteous and professional service is a given at a Maserati dealership, but that is not the case. Prior to reaching out to Antonella I had quite the opposite experience at another dealership on Long Island, which is why I wanted to sing her praises. Not only was she very knowledgeable about cars, but she possessed to most important attribute many lack in her business: listening. She listened to what I was looking for and provided me with options that were within my search parameters. She didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want, which I very much appreciated. Once I selected the car she made the process seamless. She was very communicative, upfront, and honest. My car insurance company quoted an absurd amount for the new car, but Antonella took the initiative and found an alternative car insurance policy for the new and old vehicle as well at a fraction of the cost! Very professional, she was a pleasure to work with, and if you are looking for a Maserati (they still have some great deals) I cannot recommend Antonella and Miller Motorcars highly enough!
