Ghibli S Q4
This sports sedan takes powerful control in the most extreme weather conditions, thanks to Q4 intelligent all-wheel drive that grips the road in the rain and snow. Under the hood, Ghibli’s most powerful V6 engine delivers an inspired vocal performance, while its luxurious interior caresses five in exclusive Italian style.
The exterior of the Maserati Ghibli S Q4 was envisioned to offer a unique marriage of elegance and sportscar verve, drawing on the best Maserati design tradition. The starting point for its sleek silhouette is the distinctive front end, defined by the prominent Maserati grille with concave vertical fillets. It pays clear homage to the GranTurismo and the historic A6 GCS Berlinetta, a famous Maserati icon from the past.
The aggressive front headlights of the Maserati Ghibli S Q4 create luminous light, thanks to the LED Daytime Running Light function. Framing the large chrome Trident logo suspended in the center of the grille, they impart an even more dynamic look to the overall design. Incorporated in the headlight units, the LED indicator lights replicate the distinctive motif of Maserati’s three signature side air vents.
The Maserati Ghibli S Q4 is powered by an efficient 3.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V6 engine that delivers a peak of 404 HP at 5,000 rpm and is credited with a maximum torque, in Sport mode, of 406 lb-ft at just 1,750 rpm. The amazing specific torque value of 135 lb-ft per liter ensures an aggressive response that will deliver pure excitement with every movement of the right foot.
A wealth of innovative solutions makes the Maserati Ghibli S Q4’s V6 an extremely fuel-efficient engine. The use of two parallel-mounted, low-inertia turbines helps to prevent turbo lag, giving swifter response to every touch on the accelerator and flexibility in virtually all driving conditions.
The Maserati Ghibli S Q4 accommodates its passengers in a luxurious, comfortable and spacious interior. Enhancing the car’s elegant profile, the long wheelbase provides occupants with one of the roomiest interiors in the sports sedan category. The seats, upholstered in soft leather, have wraparound forms and impart a sporty feel while always providing supreme comfort.
There are six leather seat selections: Nero*, Cuoio*, Sabbia*, Marrone, Rosso and Blu. In addition, there are three contrast stitching options: Nero with Rosso, Grigio or Cuoio stitching.
The Maserati Ghibli is a car that places no limits on its driver’s desires and preferences, revolutionizing the concept of customization in the sports sedan segment.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.
Posted Notice Requirement
Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties
Civil and Criminal Penalties
As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.
Required Written Notices
If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
